At SanjiVeda, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that every product is made fresh, packed securely, and delivered in perfect condition.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or broken during transit

  • The product is incorrect or missing items compared to the order placed

Return Window

  • Any return or replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned due to personal preference (fragrance, texture, or results)

  • Products damaged after delivery

Refunds & Replacements

  • Once the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the stipulated time

Since our products are natural, chemical-free, and freshly made, slight variations in color, aroma, or texture are natural and not considered defects.
